Mixed Level Vinyasa


Upgrade to a traditionally led Primary Ashtanga Vinyasa (First ) as taught by Pattabhi Jois. It is a longer, slower, mindful and intentional flow led by a certified ashtanga teacher. This ensures specific posture sequences are experienced and developed. Correctly employed, it provides a foundation for the Second Series. Gentle hands-on adjustments easefully guide you into challenging energy patterns that deepen posture alignment. The last week of the month we explore the Second Series. For Fit Beginner/ Intermediate and Advanced Levels.
