Paige Knollman is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training in various yogic studies. Her training began in 2017 completing It’s Yoga Cincinnati’s 200hr teacher training program with a focus in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga. In 2018, she completed 100 hours of Ayurvedic training, earning an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist certification through The Himalayan Institute. In 2019, she continued her yogic studies with The Trauma Institute at JRI and earned a Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification. In 2020, she returned to her home studio, It’s Yoga Cincinnati, to complete her 500hr teacher training. Paige is a well rounded teacher with experience teaching a variety of disciplines from Power Yoga to Chair Yoga. Paige has spent over 50 hours working mobility and balance with Division 1 athletes in the tri-state area. In 2020, Paige was voted Northern Kentucky’s Best Fitness Instructor by Cincinnati Magazine. Additionally, Paige has a special interest in helping clients begin a yoga practice after the age of 60, as many of her personal clients are retirees. Paige’s intention behind every class is to guide her students through a journey of self-discovery both mentally and physically.
