"Nikela "Nikki" Owens, Ph.D, E-RYT500, A.Y.S., YACEP, is an educator and yoga enthusiast. She finds her teaching inspirations from a variety of yoga traditions including ashtanga yoga, and anusara yoga, ayurveda, as well as somatic practices such as Bones for Life/Movement Intelligence and the Feldenkrais Method. With a teaching style that is both lighthearted and transformative, Nikki infuses elements from these traditions and modalities to create eclectic yoga classes including gentle yoga, yoga for athletes, yang-yin, restorative yoga, core power yoga, funky inversions and fun & fiery power yoga flows.
