Emily Rae Davies
Emily Rae Davies is a Certified Yoga Teacher with 200-hours training in Ashtanga Vinyasa from It’s Yoga Cincinnati (2013), 100-hours training in Yoga of the Heart with Nischala Joy Devi (2014), and 50-hours training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy with Becky Morrissey, PhD. She has also studied with national teachers Doug Keller, Kino MacGregor, Leslie Howard, Judith Hanson Lasater, Ginger Garner, and is a forever student of yogic & Buddhist spirituality. She has a special interest in pelvic floor health and women’s sexual wellness, and teaches a course for women called Yoga for Sexual Wellness. Emily has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2005 and teaching since 2013. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with an emphasis on Zen Buddhism, and is a mother of two. Her goals for teaching are to support the student Into a relationship with their own inner teacher and to support them in their quest towards balance in their bodies, hearts, and lives.
