A moderate class geared for any age group including mature learners and those seeking a less vigorous approach to yoga. Most classes are a combination of yin yoga, vinyasa & traditional style yoga. Focus is on flexibility, strength, balance and overall well-being. This class is especially for those interested in exploring yoga as a practice for healthy living now and in the future.
