Yoga  Adventure

 

A fun-filled, challenging flow of postures taken from the first three Ashtanga Vinyasa Series. Sequences include inversions, arm balances, back bending postures and other creative postures, along with hands-on posture adjustments. Posture adaptations are used based on the students' ability and even challenge the most experienced student. This class is for experienced beginners through advanced levels of yoga practitioners.
