An easeful flow of traditional yoga postures that incorporates yoga therapeutics, mindful alignment cues and skills to develop a personal practice. Ends with a long relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), sending you on your way as if you were floating on air.  Suitable for all student levels.
