New Beginners Course

This 6-week progressive course is designed as an introduction to the basic postures and terminology/concepts of yoga such as proper alignment, breath, building endurance and modifying postures for your personal practice. Questions are encouraged in this informal and small class setting. The course also comes with an UNLIMITED 6 week pass for you to explore the different styles and instructors at the studio. Suitable for Beginners or any level.
