One on One Yoga

Are you new to yoga and would like to have extra guidance in the fundamentals of the practice?

Are you an experienced student who wishes to get beyond particular blockages and fears?

Do you have specific needs, such as injuries, you wish to work on?

It’s Yoga offers private lessons for students who want a focused practice with a teacher of their choice. A private lesson can help you deepen your practice by exploring the fundamentals of yoga, specific breathing techniques, alignment adjustments and modifications for injuries or health conditions. Lessons can be at your home or at It’s Yoga. It's Yoga offers two types of private lessons: the one-on-one private and the in-class private.

One-on-One Private

One-on-one sessions allow a student to explore specific areas of interest such as philosophy, chanting, postures or asanas, alignment, etc. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner, a private lesson can really enhance in the progression of your practice. With on-hand certified teachers, a one-one-one session is tailored to fit the needs of each individual student, so beginners can work on the fundamentals and more experienced students can work with specific needs.

In-Class Private

In the gentle hands of a certified It’s Yoga Instructor, you will be guided through each movement during the experience of an It’s Yoga class. The teacher’s hands will skillfully lead the student through major and minor adjustments in each posture. The student will be led through the practice with ease, whether seated, standing, or in vinyasa flow. This special treatment will help the practitioner relax and overcome defenses and barriers.
